Solid-state NMR Spectroscopic Analysis of Sweet Cherry Leaves under Different Cultivation Patterns

Solid-state 1 H-NMR and 13 C-NMR spectroscopy were used to investigate the chemical components of sweet cherry tree leaves under rain-shelter cultivation (RS) open-field (CK). The spectral shifts RS CK showed differences in height integral value. δ 1–3, 3–4, 4–6, 6–10 regions attributed hydrogen signals aliphatic compounds, unsaturated carbohydrate aromatic respectively. Among four regions, percentage signal strength value 34.25% 28.34%, 11.64% 12.26%, 26.71% 31.06%, 27.4% results that sample had slightly stronger lines contained more carbon atoms than sample. Sweet contain carboxyl carbons, mainly from carboxylic acids, esters, amides. alkyl carbons exhibited lowest ratio, whereas alkoxy derived carbohydrates (cellulose, polysaccharides).
